When you say that, I feel like I should know you from a NIWA wiki or something. Draconai 16:11, 16 May 2012 (UTC)

710MS.png Aww, thanks for saying that, friend! :)

Well, this wiki is a part of SEIWA, which is sort of like NIWA, exept that wikis for Square Enix games are permitted. However, the KHWiki does have a slight chance of joining NIWA.

I'm currently trying to create SCIWA (for Sony Computer wikis), but there are some problems. One: There are seldom independent wikis quallified. Two: Vey few are trying to get it noticeable (though NIWA is for it). And three: I'm unable to host websites myself.

I see. KHWiki is actually the first SEIWA wiki I've joined, mostly because I'm not generally a Square Enix person. I can see the logic of your SCIWA setup, and I know the source of your problem: Wikia. Draconai 18:58, 16 May 2012 (UTC)

678MS.png Yes. Ratchetpedia (my wiki) and the Ratchet Wikia are rivals. The latter has a terrible dictator admin and a poor Manual of Style, yet since the former has just 173 articles (as of May 16, 2012), the latter's getting all the attention. I'm ignoring them and trying to focus on Ratchetpedia.

You can learn more about SCIWA here.

I'm also a big supporter for NIWA and SEIWA, though this is the only wiki in either group I'm a part of. You can also catch me at SEIWA's forums sometimes. Are you a supporter of NIWA and SEIWA?

{Brentalfloss tune} Independent wikis FTW! On a completely unrelated note, is that confirmation question really necessary for logged-in users? Draconai 19:41, 16 May 2012 (UTC)

480MS.png I agree with you on the "Independent wikis FTW!". It's a growing trend and a major threat to Wikia. Too bad some Wikia wikis hate us.

Hm? Now that you think about it... However, it's a part of a security to prevent bots from spamming the wiki. Some wikis use this. I'm not for or against it, but as long as it wards off spammer bots...

Wikia wikis deserve to hate us, admittedly. The thing was about the confirmation thing, I think that it should be used for anonymous users, not loggedins. Draconai 21:43, 17 May 2012 (UTC)

678FMS.png Not all of Wikia's wikis are jealous because we're independent. Some refuse to leave because they think that Wikia's better... and some even bully independent sites.

I have to agree with you on the anonymous users comment. Why do we all have to use it? But I think it goes away after 3-4 days, since I'm able to edit without doing a small question (yet it still exists for logging in), and I've been with this wiki for two years (since it was still part of Wikia).

Hey, that's what the alliances are for - defending against jacks like that. Draconai 23:15, 18 May 2012 (UTC)

710MS.png That's right! As long as there are independent wikis who are in alliance with you, there is no need to worry about the Wikia wiki bullies.

Beginner Mode Secret Episode[edit]

Since BBS Final Mix's release like....six years ago....this is the first anyone's heard of this. And aside from you, no one's confirmed anything. You've also provided no evidence of this either. If you can take a picture of your gamesave on the XMB menu, as well as a picture of your PS3's system information proving you aren't running CFW, then that's a different ballgame altogether! But until someone else can confirm this, it's just gonna keep getting reverted back.  :/ --Ignis (talk) 07:03, 17 September 2016 (UTC)

I would inform you that I was not the one who first added the "Accessible" notice and related comment to the main page. Draconai (talk) 07:13, 17 September 2016 (UTC)

Actually that was my mistake. The requirements are another issue altogether. --Ignis (talk) 08:23, 17 September 2016 (UTC)

Buster Sword B[edit]

File:Items-63-Buster_Sword_B.png"We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 21:41, 9 February 2017 (UTC)

I apologize for offending anyone with that edit summary. That being said, that weapon is clearly the combined Fusion Swords, and I'd like to have some stern words with whatever fool at Square labelled that avatar part the "Buster Sword B". Nonetheless, that's no fault of this wiki, so I shall refrain from making any further edits on that note. Draconai (talk) 21:47, 9 February 2017 (UTC)

player/protagonist[edit]

The issue with using "the player" is that the player is not the one getting tossed in the air, poisoned, etc. Riku is."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 12:59, 30 July 2018 (UTC)

It's still a case of needless nitpickery. While I will acknowledge that every site has its own rules for such formatting, it's a five-second job to Ctrl+F "player" and correct it, it's not really a great sin that demands attention being brought to it by the tagged-for-improvement template. Anyone who notices it enough to insist it needs correcting can spare the time to correct it themselves.

Unrelated note: Good Etro, I use too many wikis. I can't keep track of which ones have which etiquette for user talk pages. I'm hoping its a matter of "reply on the same user page", but please inform me if I'm wrong. Draconai (talk) 23:18, 3 August 2018 (UTC)

It's generally not the only error on a strategy section -- most of them that have "the player" are also not written to the correct standard, and have way more problems with grammar and phrasing than just using "the player". That's just one of the errors with those sections."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 14:14, 6 August 2018 (UTC)

I'll concede the point. Thanks for responding to make sure I've got the right user talk format. Draconai (talk) 18:48, 7 August 2018 (UTC)

Image Upload Briefing[edit]

On the right side of the wiki menu, you'll find the "Toolbox." Third option from the bottom is "Upload file." Alternative, [just click this]. Make sure the file is a PNG, and in the filename make sure it contains "KHIII" before the designation. So for example for EZ Codes, it'd be something like "EZ Codes KHIII.png". As to how to format in the page, well, dealer's choice I suppose. The most common is the thumbnail format: [[File:Your screenshot KHIII.png|thumb|Some explanatory text]] Then slap that into the page where it belongs. Consider yourself debriefed. --Samoa Joe (talk) 22:04, 27 January 2020 (UTC)

Thanks for the tutorial! Draconai (talk) 23:26, 27 January 2020 (UTC)
