Ok, this just might be for the love of my favorate character,but what if (and I'm not saying that Tidus should be the main canident) he was a full long character like Sora, Riku, and Kairi, huh? Clarkmaster

That would be cool but I think they didnt because they already did it with Final Fantasy X Now what would be really cool is if they did a whole game as Riku User:Rikloud

I haven't played the original Kingdom Hearts for years, but I recall seeing Tidus in different clothes in Traverse Town, having memory issues, and therefore not recognizing Sora. Can anybody else confirm this? The article says that it's unknown where he went to... but if this is true, that wouldn't be the case. Sloup

Sure it looks like him (apart from having brown hair and different colored clothing) but that boy is just another AI character who has pretty much nothing to do with the story! When you talk to him, I think he says: "I got separated from my parents" or something... he also says: "Wow. you're the guy who defeated the giant armor thingy!" (or something like that)... That Tidus-looking-boy is just copied from Tidus's looks, just like most other AI character in the game!

Amy Cotton - For some reason, I am happy TALK - You are better off talking to me here. Wow, even I thought that AI boy was Tidus. And I went around looking for the other two children there, but none of them were there at all.

(I know they did not truly die, but if I refer to someone who vanished with their world, I would say that they were killed)

From my knowledge, when someone leaves his realm (according to Nomura) he goes into a state of "sleep", and he is brought back when the islands are restored. I think the same goes with Terra and company, and that's how "Birth by sleep" all began. There's no concept of death in the KH universe, really. TALK - 14:41, April 9, 2010 (UTC) In TWEWY(another Nomura game) you can't die either, instead if you die you get transported to the UG(another Existence Plane) and get to "prove your worth" and can thus get another shot at life, and even if you don't get another shot your soul will still stay until you are reborn as something else. In Final Fantasy X (guess who designed it?) you become pyreflies and can go to the Farplane or be reborn as a monster.

I was meaning about what would have really happened to them other than going into a deep slumber. EDIT 09:27, April 10, 2010 (UTC): Also, I don't beleve that Tidus escaped with Sora to Traverse Town. My smartallic younger brother told me that Tidus had his memories erased, givin a new personality and lived in Traverse Town, while Wakka ended up in Agrabah and Selphie ended up in Halloween Town. I did not beleve him, and thought that the trio fell into ether death or a coma (the latter is better, however).

In my research, Tidus was transported to another, what I call, Piece World (A world of peices and people from other worlds) and Sora didnt go to that world because either 1) there was no signifigent Heartless residence, or 2) it was no part of the path way Sora needed to take. So Tidus, Wakka, and Selphie (All probably more battle expience if there was a heartless threat) would of teleported to Destiny Islands once it was restoerd and since they didnt have a Gummi Ship, Dark Corrider user, or a magic user they couldnt of went to new worlds like Leon, Malefient, and Merlin. TALK - Destiny Islands is explicitly a "lost world", according to End of the World. Those who escape a lost world find themselves in Traverse Town or Hollow Bastion, as those are world close to the realm of darkness, and retain their memories. It is possible, sometimes, that they become nothing more than a summon gem. Tidus is not seen at either of these worlds, and it's unlikely that he became a summon, so it is to be expected that, like most inhabitants of lost worlds, he lost his heart, and possibly became a Heartless. However, when the End of the World was destroyed by Sora, he was returned to Destiny Islands with the other inhabitants, with no memory of what happened.

He told me that the trio - along with everyone else there (exept Sora, Kairi and Riku) - died. Also, who would let a few Final Fantasy characters be "killed off"? This song furthered my beleves that Tidus did not vanish (or die, in my words as I beleave that those who dissappear with their world or are turned into Heartless are under a templeary death) that night.

The first picture is the current picture of Tidus at the page.

And the second one is the Re:Coded render.

If the Re:Coded render can't been in the gallery section then it should replace the old picture of him. Why replace the Re:Coded render with the old one? Because, the Re:coded render is a newer and better model of Tidus, and is also in higher quality.
