The Skull Board is a Command Board that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. The rivals on the board are Peter Pan and Captain Hook.
If you step on a special pannel, you could summon Tinker Bell (note that there is also a chance for Pete to appear as ether Captain Justice or Captain Dark). She holds the power to move other players to a different location.

Special Panel
The special panel for this board is Pixie Dust, which enables the player to move the opponent to a panel of his choice. The player may move the opponent to a Damage Panel if the opponent is gathering GP. Alternatively, he may choose to move the opponent to the very start of the route - he may move the opponent to a panel close to the yellow Check Panel, to lengthen the time the opponent takes to finish the lap.
