Illusion-R (イリュージョンP Iryūjon P, lit. "Illusion-P") is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix. It allows the user to transform into a Ringer.

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix, Illusion-R is a Friendship Command that takes up two slots in the Command Deck and has a maximum level of 3. Using Illusion-R command transforms the player into a Ringer and grants them its abilities. The transformation lasts until the Illusion Gauge empties or the user uses the Revert command.
When attacked in this form, the Ringer releases HP and Munny orbs.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
- Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can obtain Illusion-R by clearing the Ringer Unversed Mission with three stars.
