Goofy Tornado (グーフィートルネド Gūfī Torunedo),[1] dubbed as Tornado in Kingdom Hearts, is a technique introduced in Kingdom Hearts. It allows the user to use a spinning attack that inflicts multiple hits. It is a signature ability for Goofy.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts, Tornado is a combat ability that can be used by Goofy. It is a special attack that costs 2 AP to equip and 1 MP to use.
In Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, Goofy Tornado is the effect of the Goofy Friend card, and Goofy Tornado Lv2 and Goofy Tornado Lv3 are Friend Sleights. When used, Goofy is summoned, and he executes a spinning shield attack while revolving around Sora. The card combination for Goofy Tornado Lv2 is:

In Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, only Goofy Tornado is present. It functions identically to Goofy Tornado Lv3 from the remake.
In Kingdom Hearts II, Goofy Tornado is an action ability that can be used by Goofy. It costs 2 AP to equip and 10 MP to use.
In Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, Goofy Tornado is a Goofy command that is executed by Goofy.
In Kingdom Hearts III, Goofy Tornado is an action ability that can be used by Goofy that deals Physical damage. It costs 3 AP to equip and 15 MP to use.
