Yes. The world was a complete mistake.  The best part about it was that it was never reused, unlike the other worlds which have been released in about four games.  There are soooo many better films that could have been chosen.  Plus, I dislike it because everyone misses it.  You people shouldn't miss a few hundred lines of coding.  Miss something like a dead animal or your childhood, like normal people.  {{The Inexistentsig}} 18:12, 28 April 2011 (EDT)

I think that main thing is that KHI didn't really know what it wanted to be; platformer, RPG, etc. Because of that, the controls and worlds clashed and weren't executed as well as they could have been. Deep Jungle is an example of a botched attempt to make a platformer-focused world.
I think Deep Jungle ''could'' be a good world now that the series has settled down and figured itself out as an action RPG. Sort of like Olympus Coliseum. In KHI, its gimmick was the coliseum battle, but that made for a mostly boring world. In KHII, it expanded to be much more interesting and fit more with the rest of the game. Deep Jungle sucked because of growing pains more than anything else.
So, yeah, no love for the world when it first appeared, but no real objections to it coming back (which I doubt will actually happen). They might be able to make it work.}}

This greatly differs from many other worlds; Halloween Town is very popular in most countries, so the chances of it returining in a future game is quite high (I estimate around 67%). Olympus Coliseum is also another popular world (well, [[Cloud]] ''was'' introduced there), and it's sure to return (but not in DDD, as we already know). Also, due to a promess made to [[Tron]], the chances of Space Paranoids returning is around 55%.<!--It's one of my favourite worlds, anyway, so I'll really be looking forward to it's possible return!-->
Deep Jungle is an example of lost rights to a series, as well as the fact that several characters and locations are scrapt after the pilot of a series. The only time DJ was mentioned on KHII was during a dream, where Jafar metioned that Sora found one of the Keyholes, which was mentioned shortley after Clayton's execution and sealing the Keyhole. But since the rights were permermently lost, it's edited to appear that the Keyhole being sealed was in Agrabah (ironically, that was Jafar's homeworld, and he was already "slain").}}

480MS.png Just a talk on the series's most infamous and controversal Disney-baised world: Deep Jungle.

Why does thousands lawsuits happen each year? Why are banks forcing people to live on the streets? Why is Libya currently involved in a cival war? And why is Deep Jungle no longer part of the series? The reason why is because they don't have enough money! Some people want this infamous "world" back, some are passive, and some think it's a big mistake.

There are plenty of mean people in the world. Some control countries, some control families, and some control franchices. The creator of Tarzan was nice, but the people who control his franchices are money-hungry, which is the main reason why Deep Jungle is a "Lost World".

Have your say: Is Deep Jungle a blessing or a mistake to the series?

If they can't afford it, ok. If they can bring it back, ok. Was it a mistake in the first place? NO. This world is much cooler than one of the other opening worlds that has appeared more than once (Wonderland)

  1. People don't understand each other.
  2. Banks need to make money too.
  3. They are controlled by a cruel dictator who oppresses them, as are most of the other Arab contries currently rebelling.
  4. I think we all know the answer

There are soooo many better films that could have been chosen. Plus, I dislike it because everyone misses it. You people shouldn't miss a few hundred lines of coding. Game Clear Data KHRECOM.png Wow, so much hate for the Deep Jungle, I can't believe it. I like the world alot, not because it's from Tarzan, but because the jungle setting and the catchy music. Also the mini game is quite nice. So I'm very displeased with it's absence since Chain of Memories (and the cut Jungle Book world from BBS for that matter).

If you want to hate a KHI world hate Monstro like I do. It so much worse than Deep Jungle it's of the chart.

This greatly differs from many other worlds; Halloween Town is very popular in most countries, so the chances of it returining in a future game is quite high (I estimate around 67%). Olympus Coliseum is also another popular world (well, Cloud was introduced there), and it's sure to return (but not in DDD, as we already know). Deep Jungle is an example of lost rights to a series, as well as the fact that several characters and locations are scrapt after the pilot of a series. The only time DJ was mentioned on KHII was during a dream, where Jafar metioned that Sora found one of the Keyholes, which was mentioned shortley after Clayton's execution and sealing the Keyhole.
