Damage Syphon
MP Rage is an ability in Kingdom Hearts (game) and Kingdom Hearts II. It restores your Magic Points, or MP, when damage is taken. The more damage that is taken, the more amount of MP is restored.

In Kingdom Hearts, the ability costs 2 Ability Points.
Sora:
- If Sora picks the Dream Sword first in the Awakening.
- Level 57 and 66.
- If Sora picks the Dream Rod first in the Awakening.
- Level 33 and 51.
- If Sora picks the Dream Shield first in the Awakening.
- Level 36 and 66.
- Level 20 and 40.
- Level 39 and 45.

Kingdom Hearts II
In Kingdom Hearts, the ability costs 3 Ability Points.
Sora: Sora also learns MP Rage by leveling up Wisdom Form to Level 4 and by equipping the Hidden Dragon Keyblade.

- If Roxas picks the Dream Rod in the Awakening.
- Level 53
- If Roxas picks the Dream Shield in the Awakening.

Donald: Donald learns the ability after you defeat Demyx in Olympus Coliseum and from the Shaman's Relic weapon dropped by a Shaman Heartless.
Goofy: Goofy learns this ability after you beat the Shenzi, Banzai and Ed in the Elephant Graveyard in Pride Lands and from the Save the King+ shield you synthesize.
