Aqua using Confetti
Confetti (紙吹雪 Kamifubuki) is a technique in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It can be used to increase the chance of the next attack being a critical hit.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Confetti is an Advanced Friendship Command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 1, and a normal reload time of 5 seconds.
Learning Confetti
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
- Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can purchase Confetti at the Medal Shop in the Mirage Arena for 150 medals.
- Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can find Confetti from a mailbox in the Main Plaza.
- The Pete D-Link has Confetti in its Lv.1 and Lv.2 Command Decks.
- The Snow White D-Link has Happy (the equivalent of Confetti) in its Lv.1 and Lv.2 Command Decks.
