Book of Retribution (裁きの書, Sabaki no Sho, lit. Tome of Judgement) is a form of Zexion's Lexicon in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. In Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, the Book of Retribution is his only weapon.

• The Book of Retribution is volume VI of a work titled Ignes Fatui: Another Side ("ignes fatui" being Latin for "delusions"; titled Hallucination: Another Side in the Japanese version). Another Side is the name of the music played during Kingdom Hearts Final Mix's secret scene, Deep Dive. Also, a hallucination is also known as an illusion, which is Zexion's attribute and VI is Zexion's rank within the Organization.
• In 358/2 Days, Zexion can sometimes be seen reading the Book of Retribution when he is in the Gray Area.
• Zexion's weapon, The Book of Retribution, was unknown until Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain Of Memories.
• In Chain Of Memories Manga, he was seen reading a cookbook instead of The Book of Retribution.
