Blizzard Edge (ブリザドブレード Burizado Burēdo, lit. "Blizzard Blade") is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to execute a jumping attack while cloaked in ice, dealing blizzard damage. In Birth by Sleep and Dream Drop Distance, ice bursts from the ground for additional damage.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Blizzard Edge is a Basic attack command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has maximum level of 3 and a normal reload time of 10 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 20%.
In Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, Blizzard Edge is an attack command that has a memory consumption of 13% and a reload time of 13 seconds.
In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Blizzard Edge is an attack command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck and has a reload time of 14 seconds. It grants +2 to Strength and +10 to Blizzard Resistance when attached to a Dream Eater recipe.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
- Terra, Aqua, and Ventus can create Blizzard Edge through Command Melding.
- Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can purchase Blizzard Edge from the Moogle Shop for 200 munny once four worlds are cleared or the command has already been obtained elsewhere.

Blizzard Edge is an Basic-class Attack Command that can be melded through four different recipes, listed in the Attack Recipe.
- The first recipe can be melded by Terra, Ventus, Aqua, and is a type J recipe that has a 5% chance of transforming into Ars Arcanum when Ventus melds it.
- Quick Blitz (LV2) + Blizzara (LV2)
