Mechanics
Kingdom Hearts Re:coded
Cyclone is a wind element magic command. Data-Sora summons wind to revolve around him diagonally from both sides by pointing up his Keyblade, and slams his Keyblade down to summon a tornado around him that hurts nearby enemies. It consumes 17% of memory and has a reload time of 30 seconds.
