Random License is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, within the Labyrinth. It allows the user to grant the effect of a randomly selected license.

Mechanics

Random License is a magic-type compiled command that targets all allies. It has no attribute and a reload count of 120.

Random License LV1 grants either Defense-L, Charge-L, or Timing-L, Random License LV2 grants either Strength-L, Auto-Block-L, or Reload-L, and Random License LV3 grants either Reload-L, Regen-L, or Auto-Life-L.
