Tech Boost (テックアップ Tekku Appu, lit. "Tech Up") is an ability exclusive to Kingdom Hearts Final Mix. It increases the Tech Points obtained by the user.
Mechanics[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Tech Boost is a support ability that costs 2 AP to equip. Tech Boost increases the amount of Tech Points earned by deflecting enemy attacks by 2 times, 3 times with 2 copies equipped, 4 times with 3 copies equipped, and 5 times with 4 copies equipped. It does not affect Tech Points earned by other means, such as hitting certain enemies.

Kingdom Hearts Final Mix[edit]
- Sora learns Tech Boost at level 12 with the Dream Shield, level 18 with the Dream Sword, and level 27 with the Dream Rod.
- Sora learns Tech Boost at level 81.
- Sora learns Tech Boost after clearing the Phil Cup time trial.
- Sora learns Tech Boost after rescuing 90 puppies.
