Side notes[edit]
I've been meaning to add some extra side notes on what these attacks do &c., but MAINLY the fact that the Lone Runner's barrier/block command can be triggered by pressing
, which brings up the exact same barrier usage as that of the Shoegazer. Trouble is, I've no idea how to put it in, let alone where. Help please?
Also hello. It's been a while. Nice to set foot into my old online home. TamboursNéant Ensemble ! 12:11, 12 January 2015 (UTC)
- Honestly, I think each of these should be split off, with this page remaining as a hub for the overall mechanics of the command type (Illusion Gauge, etc.), with the split off pages containing animated gifs, etc."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 00:55, 26 February 2015 (UTC)
- That's probably the best idea. --Neumannz, The Dark Falcon 02:50, 26 February 2015 (UTC)
- What do you think of this? --Neumannz, The Dark Falcon 03:42, 26 February 2015 (UTC)
- Looks great, but I'm also envisioning a place for the images of the transformation, the sub commands, the finish commands, and any other non-command actions like barrier."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 14:20, 26 February 2015 (UTC)
Individual pages[edit]
Is each command available through the transformations supposed to have individual pages? I consider the Illusion mechanics to be similar to D-Links or Drive Forms so I think they should. TheFifteenthMember 18:48, 20 September 2015 (UTC)
- In theory they should, because they have mechanics involved (reload time, gauge percentage, etc.), but unless the 2.5 Ultimania has details, we'll be hard-pressed to fill them. --Neumannz, The Dark Falcon 18:54, 20 September 2015 (UTC)
- I really don't think we need to go that far. Those commands are very, very character-specific, even in a hypothetical sense. I would say to treat them like Limit Breaks, where they are subcommands of a command header."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 23:26, 20 September 2015 (UTC)
- There is no official guide books with details on these commands, we are on our own. --ShardofTruth 07:55, 22 September 2015 (UTC)
- Should this page just be merged with the disambig?"We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 18:52, 6 March 2016 (UTC)
- I thought the point of this page was to cover the general Illusion mechanics so that they're not repeated on each individual command page. TheFifteenthMember 19:09, 6 March 2016 (UTC)
- The individual pages don't make it that clear that that's where the reader should look for any specific info, and the only information that is unique to this page is how that the Illusion Gauge depletes slowly unless damaged, which should be in the Illusion Gauge section anyway, with Illusion Gauge linked on the individual pages."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." Nihongos[edit]
Are the Japanese names at the top of this page official? The attack commands are given names? TheFifteenthMember 19:19, 6 March 2016 (UTC)
- Yes, they are official."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 20:49, 6 March 2016 (UTC)
- Would the attacks be listed under the alternate forms of Attack? TheFifteenthMember 21:17, 6 March 2016 (UTC)
- The actual attack, sure, but the commands are commands."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 06:06, 7 March 2016 (UTC)

Look at Illusion-L. Should we format the Other Commands like this? Also, should the Illusion Finish commands and Friendship commands each get the category on their redirects? TheFifteenthMember 20:24, 8 March 2016 (UTC)
- Nah, I'd format them the way we used to format the D-Links. The sub-commands function the same as an actual command deck, so they have reload times and all that, and we should represent the actual deck make-up instead of just counting how many of each command there is. It's too bad there's not a BBSFM ultimania, though. We'd probably need to make a video of using the illusion with all abilities turned off, and take measurements."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 00:41, 9 March 2016 (UTC)
- Illusion-L. Is that similar to how you're envisioning the pages? Personally, I don't like this style; I find it quite messy . TheFifteenthMember 09:29, 15 May 2016 (UTC)
- Modified to what I meant, which was more about covering the sub-commands as actual commands. Yes to the redirects."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 14:44, 15 May 2016 (UTC)
- After actually playing the game, I think that attacking and jumping shouldn't be treated as proper commands and instead, their descriptions should be incorporated into the mechanics lead along with how the Unversed generally moves, similar to how Drive Forms' mechanics sections describe their "fighting style". TheFifteenthMember 16:45, 16 May 2016 (UTC)
- Bump. Also, check the Illusion-L again for the draft of what I said above. TheFifteenthMember
- Looks fine."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 23:14, 23 May 2016 (UTC)

Firstly, are the tables really necessary on the Illusion command pages when there are only two columns anyway; wouldn't a list be better? Secondly, can this page be deleted now since the Illusion commands are listed on the disambig page, the gauge information is moved to an Illusion Gauge section and all the links have already been changed? TheFifteenthMember 19:46, 25 May 2016 (UTC)
- One more point, would it be useful to keep this page and have a table that lists all the Illusion commands, their sub commands and finish commands (similar to the D-Links)? TheFifteenthMember 19:48, 25 May 2016 (UTC)
- I thought your whole complaint was that the list was messy?"We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 00:45, 26 May 2016 (UTC)
- Yes, but now we're not listing action commands and the attack so it's only two columns. I'm not opposed to a table but for the benefit of mobile users, aren't we supposed to avoid tables that aren't needed? TheFifteenthMember 16:36, 26 May 2016 (UTC)
- I've not heard of that, but if it's a thin table shouldn't it not be a problem? The fact that it's basically a knock-off of D-Links, I kinda prefer some visual consistency."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 16:45, 26 May 2016 (UTC)

Concerning this page...[edit]
What do we think about keeping this page? After actually making the table, I don't think it's very useful, so I support deleting it. TheFifteenthMember 19:43, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
- As I said above, I think this should just be a disambig, with all info currently on it ported to the appropriate articles."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 14:50, 31 May 2016 (UTC)
- Is this enough for us to delete this page? TheFifteenthMember 15:28, 2 June 2016 (UTC)
