 Is a page for the card and die forms really necessary? You could right a brief description about it on either the Gambler or Luxord's pages, but it's not really a real form in my opinion. At least not one worthy of it's own page.

 It is its own form, same for the Die Form. While information is scarce, as for many forms, these are things we hope to change in the future. It may not work the same as the other forms do, but it is a form of Sora.

Now that I look at it I suppose it is a form. I was just thinking more of Drive Forms which you go into intentionally and world forms which are the result of blending in with another world. It does consume drive gauges so I guess it is a form.
