Mechanics[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts Union χ, Shining Surge is a special attack that targets all enemies. It costs 5 special attack gauges to perform. It inflicts more damage when placed in a higher slot, and turns the next Medal's attribute to Power (Prime - HD King Mickey) or Speed (Prime - KH II Yuffie).
