Levin Flash (フラッシュレヴィン Furasshu Revin, lit. "Flash Levin") is a technique that appears in that appears in Kingdom Hearts Union χ.
Mechanics[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts Union χ, Levin Flash is a special attack that targets all enemies. It costs 4 special attack gauges to perform. For 1 turn, it sets Player's general, Upright-, and Power-based strength, and Speed-based defense to +7, targets' general, Upright, and PSM-defense to -7, and S-STR to -3. It raises Player's special attack bonus by 120%, fills 2 special attack gauges, raises enemy counters by 2, and changes the next Medal's attribute to Power. It inflicts more damage the higher Player's HP.
