Windcutter is a technique exclusive to Terra in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. The user performs a spinning attack that creates a whirlwind to pick up foes and launch them away, doing damage the entire time.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Windcutter is an Ultimate Attack Command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 5, and a normal reload time of 20 seconds.

• Terra can acquire Windcutter from a chest found in Twister Trench.
• Terra can buy Windcutter from the Moogle Shop for 1500 munny once the command has already been obtained elsewhere.
