Veneration (ヴェネラブル, Veneraburu, lit. "Venerable") is one of Xemnas's weapons in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It can be upgraded to the Veneration+ and Veneration++.

The Veneration's ground combo finisher is identical to that of the Overlord's; Xemnas executes a series of upward thrusts with his etheral blades, bringing him slightly into the air. The two etheral blades' aerial combo is also very similar, but the Veneration has a few additional strikes before Xemnas executes a large aerial sweep with his etheral blades as the aerial combo finisher. The Veneration and Veneration+ have indentical ground and aerial combos. However, the ground combo of the Veneration++ is slightly improved, adding one additional strike before Xemnas executes his series of upward attacks.

Design

Veneration has a question mark shape, with the tip of the blade coming to a sharp hook and curling inward so much that it nearlytouches the base of the blade. The outer side of the blade is lined by several spikes shaped like those of the Nobody logo. This type of ethereal blade has a blue glow.
