Allows links/redirects to jump to a piece of text that is not a header.
Usage
{{a|<1>|<2>}}
- <1> is the text.
- <2> is optional display text.
For example, putting {{a|Seashore}} on the Destiny Islands page will allow the link Destiny Islands#Seashore to jump to the room name.
