Seifer is a character of Final Fantasy. He appaerd in FF VIII.
Kingdom Hearts II
Like some of the Final Fantasy characters already present in the Kingdom Hearts series, he appear a bit younger, and hail from alternate worlds, meaning that the Seifer Almasy of Kingdom Hearts II isn't the same person as Seifer Almasy of FF VIII, though they are similar in many ways. He is the leader of the simulated Twilight Town's Disciplinary Committee and appears to be a rival of Roxas ,always bad-mouthing him and picking fights with the him and his friends. He is also the town's Champion for the Struggle Tournament in Twilight Town.
In the real Twilight Town, when he meets Sora, Donald and Goofy later in the game, he treats them like Roxas in the illusion Twilight Town. But when they save him and his gang from trouble, he gave them the Struggle Trophy, a sign of great respect.
