Prince of Awesome (プリンスカスタム, Purinsu Kasutamu, lit. "Prince Custom") is one of Demyx's joke sitars in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days; the other is After School. Prince of Awesome references Prince rackets which are oversized tennis rackets, that have the general shape of Demyx's sitar.

Design

The Prince of Awesome "sitar" is actually a large tennis racket that Demyx holds upside-down. Its rim is blue at the base and gradually becomes lighter in color the closer it gets to the neck of the racket. The strings are white and the handle is black.

Its name is a reference to the series The Prince of Tennis.

Gameplay

Prince of Awesome's ground combo starts with Demyx performing a 360-degree spinning diagonal slash with the tip of the sitar, followed by the same attack, but in the opposite direction. The next move of the combo involves Demyx swinging the sitar by the neck diagonally upward in a baseball bat-like fashion. The combo ends with another 360-degree spinning attack, after which, Demyx strums the sitar, emitting a yellow shockwave which damages any enemies around him.

The aerial combo consists of a downward diagonal slash with the tip of the sitar, followed by a thrust upward, and ends with four quick blasts of yellow shockwaves in an outward direction. This weapon has no combo.
