An Ordeal Blazon is a version of the Ordeal Badge used to unlock special Challenge Missions. Completion of these missions results in the gaining of Challenge Sigils, similarly to completion of regular Challenges. When used at a Moogle Shop, the Sigils can allow the redemption of special prizes. The Ordeal Blazon is not to be confused with its badge form, and can easily be distinguished by its larger border, and the increased size of the blue area around the central Nobody insignia, and are only found on missions with bosses.
Challenges unlocked by collecting Ordeal Blazons are Special Challenges (SP), and are much harder than the challenges unlocked by Ordeal Badges. The text for these missions are in yellow, just below the normal challenge for the same mission in the Challenge section of the Holo-Mission sub-menu.
Locations
Ordeal Blazons are only found in 20 missions, all of which involve a Boss fight. These missions are as follows:
- Mission 11: Eliminate the Guardian (Twilight Town)
- Mission 14: Eliminate the Darkside (Twilight Town)
- Mission 17: Eliminate the Tailbunker (Twilight Town)
- Mission 31: Eliminate the Bully Dog (Beast's Castle)
- Mission 32: Vanquish the Heartless threat (Agrabah)
- Mission 41: Eliminate the Morning Star (Olympus Coliseum)
- Mission 48: Eliminate the Solid Armor (Agrabah)
- Mission 50: Vanquish the Heartless threat (Beast's Castle)
- Mission 54: Eliminate the Dual Blade (Halloween Town)
- Mission 60: Eliminate the Avalanche (Never Land)
- Mission 66: Restore the town's Heartless (Halloween Town)
- Mission 69: Vanquish the Heartless threat (Wonderland)
- Mission 78: Vanquish the Heartless threat (Never Land)
- Mission 84: Eliminate the Scorching Sphere (Olympus Coliseum)
- Mission 87: Eliminate the Windstorms (Halloween Town)
- Mission 89: Eliminate six giant Heartless (Twilight Town)
- Mission 91: Escape the castle (The Castle That Never Was)
- Mission 92: Xion (Twilight Town)
- Mission 93: Believe (The Castle That Never Was)
