Except when I work with Xion...which is all the time. — 01:03, April 13, 2010 (UTC)   I don't see a reason to separate them unless we see a practical difference between them. As far as I can see, it's just a recolor, a shadow of Vani's Keyblade.

By right, the Keyblades Vanitas and Vanitas' Sentiment have are the same ones, the only difference being the colour. I mean, if it were truly different, then we'd probably throw in a new page. Palette-swapped objects and enemies do not get their own pages unless their stats are different (think the Final Mix enemies ; palette-swapped enemies are talked about in the same page, but more powerful ones have their own page), and since we know next to nothing about the stats of Vanitas' Keyblade, they should be on the same page.
