Confetti is a Deck Command in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep usable by Terra, Ventus, and Aqua. By using this command, the chance of the next attack being a critical hit increases. This command uses only one slot of your Command Deck, and has a reload time of about 5 seconds. You can buy this command from the Moogle in the Mirage Arena for 150 Medals.
