Ability Ring is an accessory that can be obtained in Kingdom Hearts II. The most basic accessory avaliable, the Ability Ring provides an additional AP point when equipped. It is one of two accessories Roxas can obtain during his segment of the game, the other being Medal (or the Champion Belt instead, if you defeat Setzer in the Struggle tournament.)

If obtained, it is passed on to Sora when he takes over later in the game.
