I'll discuss with the other admins whether your block was appropriate; my feeling is that it will probably stand, as while you were not ''wrong'' to be converting the VAs to TBA (as they were not clearly sourced), you were using personal attacks again, for which this wiki has a zero tolerance policy.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 18:05, 7 August 2012 (UTC) | I'll discuss with the other admins whether your block was appropriate; my feeling is that it will probably stand, as while you were not ''wrong'' to be converting the VAs to TBA (as they were not clearly sourced), you were using personal attacks again, for which this wiki has a zero tolerance policy.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 18:05, 7 August 2012 (UTC) | ||

Since you apparently feel it is your duty to be insulting and generally offensive in any discussion you get into, you're blocked again. I'm not sure whether other staff members will agree with not blocking you indefinitely, but until—and if—you are unblocked, you need to think about whether it's really worth being such a pain in the ass. We are more than happy to listen to any reasoned, respectful argument, but we have no patience on this wiki for anyone who becomes rude, insulting, and unwilling to step back and listen to others at the first sign of disagreement. --{{User:Neumannz/SigTemplate}} 07:12, 28 December 2012 (UTC) |

PA Warning
Hmph. You should just learn to be quiet.
| |
This is a warning for engaging in personal attacks against another [[User:|editor]].
Personal attacks are strictly against site policy. If you wish to have this warning removed, please talk to a member of the wiki's staff about the Heartless Manufactory. -"We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 22:36, 17 May 2012 (UTC) |

- On a related note, when someone did add in a VA claim before without explicit citing, it was removed. That a random IP has acted unprofessionally in the past is not an excuse for the wiki to endorse doing it again.
- On another related note, "I hate you guys and some of my internet friends agree with me," is not generally considered evidence that your claims are well-grounded in fact. For this specific issue, something like "I, Benjamin Diskin, voiced Young Xehanort in KH3D." might be more helpful. I really don't see how it's so absurd for the encyclopedia to require clear and reliable sources."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 22:36, 17 May 2012 (UTC)

- If you want to improve the wiki and make legitimate edits, provide sources and participate in discussion. If you want to tell us how much gamefaqs or kh2.co.uk or whoever dislike us...well, it'll be a while before I care, since most of the work I do here is actually translating the original material and identifying where the gamefaqs or fansite claims have egregious mistranslations.
- That you have found other instances of "refuse that we need to incinerate" does not mean that we should endorse something that is definitively unprofessional. It's totally possible and probable that Benjamin Diskin is the voice actor, but seriously: if we don't have something explicit (like the credits of the English game), then all we have is "he sounds like that VA", and Disney loves to do that. They run on that. Plus...really, if SE ends up refusing to credit him in the credits...then how important is it really? I'd rather have no claim there than risk a false claim.
- In any case, why would you think I would want the wiki to keep false information up? If you spot anything that sounds false, absolutely ping me and we can discuss it.
- In summary: tell us when you find something, nobody cares about whether random internet people like us or not, and if we can't provide explicit proof for something than it's almost certainly not worth stressing about getting the claim up on the page. Seriously, calm down."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 04:07, 19 May 2012 (UTC)
Dude
What part of this whole "this is not cool, guys"-type concept are you having trouble with? Never mind the fact you still think we care about your approval of us, but couldn't you have just made a statement along the lines of "this is the new development, isn't it good enough now?" and left it at that?
It seems you're a serious person, probably someone who regularly participates in forums. Which is why I'm sure you know that there needs to be a point where everybody needs to step back and stop antagonizing each other so everyone can move on. Regardless of how the conversation started, don't you think that's a good idea? --Neumannz, The Dark Falcon 10:36, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
- I'd like to thank you, very very much, for providing the source we had been asking for. Glad we got that dealt with.192.249.47.177 12:35, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
VAs
If you do end up coming back: now that the game has been released, it is actually totally ethical to inquire with the VA on their facebook/twitter/official sites for confirmation that they performed those roles.
I'll need to check into whether the other Disney characters had their VAs sourced somewhere (most of them did, actually, but it seems the citations were removed at some point), and we now have an archive we are building for sources.
I'll discuss with the other admins whether your block was appropriate; my feeling is that it will probably stand, as while you were not wrong to be converting the VAs to TBA (as they were not clearly sourced), you were using personal attacks again, for which this wiki has a zero tolerance policy."We're werewolves, not swearwolves."
