An Item Card is a type of card that is found and used in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. They are mainly used to quickly reload cards while in battle and different types of Item Cards reload different types of cards. Like all the other cards available for use in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, Item Cards are numbered from 0 to 9, with the 0 numbered cards given the ability to card-break an opponent's card in play.

Where the player can pick up the different cards as rewards for beating certain bosses or from unlocking Key to Rewards rooms, once in possession, it is possible to randomly obtain additional cards from the Moogles when a Moogle Room is opened.
