Windcutter (ウインドカッター Uindokattā) is a technique which appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It allows the user to perform a spinning attack that creates a whirlwind to pick up foes and send them flying.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Windcutter is an Ultimate attack command exclusive to Terra that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 5, a normal reload time of 20 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 20%.
Learning Windcutter
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
- Terra can create Windcutter through Command Melding.
- Terra can acquire Windcutter from a chest found in Twister Trench.
- Terra can buy Windcutter from the Moogle Shop for 1500 munny once the command has already been obtained elsewhere.
Recipes
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
Windcutter is an Ultimate-class Attack Command that can be melded through two different recipes, listed in the Giga Attack Recipe.
- The first recipe can only be melded by Terra, and is a type F recipe.
- Aeroga (LV4) + Binding Strike (LV3)
- The second recipe can only be melded by Terra, and is a type G recipe.
- Aeroga (LV4) + Confusion Strike (LV3)
