Learning Drops

These sections are originally based on the format I used for Mythril long, long ago, and it seems redundant to have a line for "drops" that redirects to a section that, by its existence, implies you get the command through a drop. Can we remove those, or do people feel they are necessary (and why)?

If we remove those, should we also remove the Command Meld/Conversion lines, because of the Recipe section?
