Geneis Influence?[edit]

I wonder if I could find Riku and Kairi...

I just recently strolled across the Aladdin page, and was wondering if it would be trivia worthy to mention that Aladdin wielded a sword in the original Sega Genesis port of the Aladdin game based off of the move. I believe it would be safe to say that this was an influence to his weapon of choice in the Kingdom Hearts series.

Diamond Dust Keychain KHFM.png I don't think so. His weapon isn't an influence from the SEGA Genesis game, but rather, by the movie. At least, we can safely assume that the weapon is influenced by the movie. We can't assume safely that it was influenced by the Genesis game. Diamond Dust Keychain KHFM.png

SoRiKa - You're right, light and darkness are eternal. Nothing probably goes on forever, too. But guess what, Xemnas?
TALK - I wouldn't be too sure of that.
Aladdin never wielded a sword in the movie, was my point. He is only shown wielding a sword in the Genesis port of Aladdin and Kingdom Hearts.
Aladdin has always used his scimitar in the movie, no? TheFifteenthMember 14:13, 26 September 2014 (UTC)
He might've used it once in the movie, but never as a signature weapon. RikutheBloody 14:15, 26 September 2014 (UTC)
