Link Block (リンクガード Rinku Gādo?) is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to guard a Spirit Dream Eater from attack and charge its Limit Gauge.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Link Block is a defense command exclusive to Sora that can equipped in the place of a Block-type command. It is triggered by pressing Y while stationary on the ground. Pressing Y just before a Spirit gets hit allows the user to warp in front of it, block the attack, and charge the Spirit's Link Gauge. Link Block grants +1 to maximum affinity level and +1 to Defense when attached to a Dream Eater recipe.
