As far as we are currently aware, Rings and Boosts that can be obtained from the Prize Postcards in Twilight Town can only be obtained once. Therefore, you can only get one Lucky Ring, Power Boost, Magic Boost, and Defense Boost by sending them. For some reason, AP Boosts are the exception to this rule.
