==Mechanics==
In ''[[Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix]]'', Light & Darkness is a {{c|support ability|kh2}}. So long as it is active, any attempt to enter a Drive Form will cause Sora to shift into Antiform instead when possible, unless Final Form has not been unlocked yet, in which case there is the normal odds that Final Form will activate in place of Antiform.

In effect, this ability is meant to hasten the odds of activating Final Form by forcing Antiform transformations. Once Final Form is unlocked, the Light & Darkness ability will only shift Sora into Antiform  (unless Sora has selected Final Form from the menu, in which case he cannot trigger Antiform). 

This ability cannot force Antiform under conditions where Antiform itself cannot normally occur, such as:
* If Sora enters a Drive Form out of combat.
* If there is an unconscious ally on the field.
* If an ally is trapped in [[Game:Zexion#Kingdom_Hearts_II_Final_Mix|Zexion]]'s books.

* If Sora is alone (outside of cups where all forms are allowed).
* If Sora is trying to change to Final Form. 

The only condition where Light & Darkness can force Antiform under conditions where Antiform itself cannot normally occur, is in battles where a cooperation character is present.
