Ice Vortex is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts III. It allows the user to tear into enemies with humongous rotating claws of ice, dealing Blizzard damage.
Mechanics[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts III, Ice Vortex is an action ability exclusive to the Blizzard Claws Formchange. It is the form's first and final combo finisher.
