Forum:Regarding the name schema for KHX cards
After the beginning of the roundtable, we came up with a naming schema for Kingdom Hearts χ cards, however at the end of the roundtable, Shard noticed that there is another schema we can use that is used by the game itself. The current naming schema is mentioned on the KHWiki:Image Policy, however Shards is mentioned at the very end of the logs. Erry 22:17, 2 August 2013 (UTC)
Here is an excerpt:
[01:01:09] <ShardofTruth> Another thing I wanted to add. The cards are numbered, even though it's not shown directly in the game.
[01:01:26] <+Dragoon> have you figured out how they're numbered yet?
[01:01:41] <+Dragoon> cache.kingdomhearts.jp/res/img/icon/card/card00000001_86.png i figured if we didnt, this would help us find out
[01:02:52] <ShardofTruth> Yes, this is the numbering system SE uses, so if we want we can cut the naming scheme and use this one instead.
[01:04:36] <+Dragoon> As in "Card 001, Card 002, Card 003" etc?
[01:05:03] <ShardofTruth> Yes, Card 001 KHX or something like that.
[01:06:25] <+Dragoon> 269 is the highest card number
[01:06:50] <+Dragoon> so well, should we have a poll on this?
[01:07:06] <ShardofTruth> Yes, they probably will add the Sora, Donald & Goofy card as 270 though that's not completely sure.
- Votes for the current naming schema agreed on:
- Votes for the official naming schema (Card 001 KHX.png, Card 002 KHX.png, etc.)
If this is like Digimon Collectors, then (1) see User talk:KrytenKoro/KHX, and (2) I suggest "File:Subject Number (KHX).png", as with the TCG."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 07:41, 3 August 2013 (UTC)
Hmm...Regarding the urls, can someone investigate the sfw (or send a copy to me) of the one used while going through your obtained cards? I could probably find the base url within that, if I had access."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 08:21, 3 August 2013 (UTC)
- The problem is that the high resolution card images are hashed (SHA-256), so even with the adress (here's an example) you won't be able to get them this easily. You can find an almost complete list of them in the last tab of my google spreadsheat. ShardofTruth 20:28, 3 August 2013 (UTC)
