Form Boost (フォームブースト, Fōmu Būsuto?) is an ability that appears in Kingdom Hearts II. It increases the duration of the user's Drive Forms, slowing down the consumption of the Form Gauge.

In Kingdom Hearts II, Form Boost is a support ability that costs 5 AP to equip.
