Episode 33: Pirate Ship is the thirty-third chapter in the Kingdom Hearts manga.

The front page shows Sora, Donald, and Goofy on the deck of a pirate ship. The back page shows Captain Hook's hook.
Synopsis
Riku takes Kairi and leaves, ordering Captain Hook to keep an eye on the prisoners. Smee asks the Captain what they should do. Hook replies to have the Heartless keep track of them. Captain Hook is forced to return inside the ship, claiming to hear a disturbing sound.

Story
In the hold, Sora literally falls onto Donald and Goofy. While forming a plan, they meet a flying boy who introduces himself as Peter Pan. When asked why he is captured, Peter Pan laughs, saying he is waiting on someone. Suddenly, Tinker Bell appears, reporting that she has found Wendy and another girl. Peter Pan flies up towards the vent screen on the ceiling, using it as an escape route. Sora asks how they are to get out, as they are unable to fly. Peter Pan coats the group in some pixie dust, saying anyone can fly. The group leaves, following Tinker Bell.
Riku orders Captain Hook to keep an eye on Sora, and leaves with Kairi. Captain Hook, annoyed at Riku giving him orders, decides to let the Heartless keep an eye on Sora. When Smee starts asking about Peter Pan, Captain Hook thinks he hears the sound of the Crocodile, and Smee leads him back to his cabin.

Belowdeck, Sora landed on top of Donald and Goofy. When looking for a way out, they notice Heartless everywhere. Perer Pan introduces himself, and says he knows a way out. Tinker Bell appears and tells Peter Pan where Wendy is. She also tells him there's another girl with her, and Peter Pan decides they'll have to rescue her too. Tinker Bell also found a way out through an overhead grate, and Peter Pan flies to it. When Donald asks how they are supposed to get out as they can't fly, Peter Pan sprinkles them with pixie dust. Donald tries flying, but falls, and Peter Pan decides to use a rope instead.
In the captain's quarters, Riku explains much to Captain Hook's disappointment that Wendy is not one of the seven princesses. Hook asks what Maleficent is planning to do with those seven. Riku states he doesn't care, so long as he gets Kairi's heart back. Captain Hook replies, saying the Heartless have devoured her heart. Riku angrily snaps that he will find it, no matter what. Smee interrupts, reporting that the prisoners and Peter Pan have escaped. Captain Hook orders the hostages to be moved to his cabin.

In Captain Hook's cabin, Riku informs him Wendy is not one of the seven princesses they need. Smee informs Captain Hook about the prisoners' escape, to which Captain Hook commands to bring the hostage to his cabin. Peter Pan and Sora find Wendy and Kairi on the other side of a grate, when Smee and the Heartless come in to take them away. Peter Pan manages to save Wendy, but Kairi is taken away. When Tinker Bell gets jealous of Peter Pan's attention to Wendy, she flies off, right into Captain Hook's bag.
Meanwhile, the group finds Wendy through a small grate above them. Sora spies Kairi up there as well, calling out to her. Smee shortly enters the room, leading the two girls away. Before Smee gets too far, Peter Pan makes it to the above level, saving Wendy. Peter tells Sora and the others to go on, while he stays behind. Tinker Bell is angry at Peter's constant attention on Wendy. She flies away, only to be captured by Captain Hook.
