Once the game finally begins from the long Full Motion Video you are now in control of Sora, the protagonist of Kingdom Hearts, first thing you need to do is walk into the light. Once that's done, three podiums will rise from the Station, one with the Dream Shield, one with the Dream Rod and one with the Dream Sword.
