Problem With a User

Can you explain to me what Eliskuya's problem is? I tried to speak to him several times, once just to admonish him and other times to offer help to him. All times, no matter what I had to say, he ignored my messages and removed them from his talk page, and this is seriously irritating me. What's his deal? Drake Clawfang 06:16, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

Looking at his talk page history, it's not just me. Pretty much anyone who leaves him a message is ignored and has their message removed. I know Admins aren't supposed to police talk pages, but can you do something? I find this incredibly rude to other users and myself that he would act like this. I've experienced that too. As one of his/her friends, I find it weird that this is happening. My dialogues were removed on his/her talk page once, and also on Bowser the Second's talk page. It bothered me, like "what did I do?". Then I saw an edit to his userpage about "only accepting messages from his friends", and realized he was just being a jerk about it. As I said to Guardian Soul on the talk page: "I try to have a friendly conversation with him, he ignores me, I ask why, he ignores me, I tell him I'm gonna report him to an Admin, he ignores me.....you tell me how I should feel."

Methinks he read them before removing. See, what happened yesterday was this : I helped Bowser the Second with his talk bubble/infobox template. It so happened that he pilfered Eliskuya2's template. And when I actually authorised it and said "share alike" - and told him how to configure the talk bubble and stuff, that message was removed. For the sake of clarity, I had to retype my message (it was long !) and instead of allowing him to touch Eliskuya2's templates, I allowed him to touch mine. I offered to show him that he doesn't have to type out all that coding, but he ignored me, I asked why he removed my message, he ignored me, and it escalated.

Two or three times now, he's thrown a temper tantrum, screamed at people, let a message on his page he was leaving the Wiki, and comes back a week or so later to apologize. He's done it several times, I don't even take it seriously anymore when it happens.

So at some point on this Wednesday evening, his ban will be lifted. And you seem to be missing that the whole point of the ban was to give you time to stop and think about your actions towards the other editors of the wiki, Eliskuya, myself included. The entire conversation above us is testament to that. Technically, I should have banned your IP as soon as you posted above, but since you seem to be willing to be constructive again, I will let it slide. When your ban runs out on Wednesday, you can rejoin us as normal.

It was made by someone, his/her IP/username is 84.74.6.128. Me and some other users fixed it (by undoing his/her work) but I think that someone (you?) should ban him/her from the wikia OR give him/her a warning (so that he/she won't do it again)... What do you say?

Anyone is free to come and go through the wiki and edit unless they've been blocked, which it appears XienZo has beaten me to. However, some people can change those IP addresses and can come back with a new address and edit again. It does happen from time to time; the best thing you is exactly what you did: revert the edits and alert myself or XienZo so we can deal with them. Thanks for helping us out. ^_^

Can you have a chat with Guardian Soul please. He's adamant on adding spaces between the bullet points in the trivia section of Zexion's page, when adding those spaces doesn't change the page's appearance in any appreciable way. Clearly, adding spaces between the trivia sentances makes a difference. I had a hard time figuring out which facts were different sentances, and surely others will too. Just because it doesn`t bother Drake doesn`t mean that it won`t be bothering other people, and it really isn`t a big deal to keep them seperated, so he should stop reverting them.

See, here's the thing, before I leave to eat my dinner. Maybe there's other people who preferred the non-spaced version, and maybe to other people it is a big to keep them separated. The Organization used to be the rope that bound us together. - {{{time}}} Having them so close together makes them look like one paragraph, which is wrong, because every new paragraph is supposed to be on every other line, that`s just how it works, it isn`t about preference. Also, I think that Drake`s statement about people preferring them without spaces is ridiculous, seeing as how his argument in the first place was that spacing them makes no difference (which is wrong), which means that he didn`t even notice to even care if they were spaced or not.

I looked at the page before I edited it, and didn't notice the difference. Shows you how important it was. And if you want to get technical, paragraphs are also indented, I believe there's a certain length and structure they must be...point - the Trivia points aren't in paragraph format, and shouldn't be. Some people notice the difference, and some people get lost trying to read two different facts that are right on top of eachother, I did, which is exactly why it was a problem, which is exactly why it should be fixed. Your way, there is a flaw that will get some readers lost, where is the flaw in spacing them? I feel like you just want the spaces excluded so that you can get your way, it really makes no sense to leave it where some people could have a bit of trouble. I`m going to bed anyways, admins can handle it, goodnight.

TALK - Here's your cat...and here's your $20...{{{time}}} You two do realize you have added more to the database through the above than any amount of adding or taking away spacing would have, right? ^_^ I think I have a suggestion that will resolve (most) of this issue. Instead of having a massive trivia section, how about integrating the information there into more appropriate areas in Zexion's article? Most of it will fit in the other sections or can be made into other sections, and we won't be stuck with a massive cluttered bullet list at the bottom of the page. Then, having a space between everything for readability wouldn't be as much of an issue when viewed in either regular or coding mode. I'll be back late tomorrow due to work/hobby/friends, but I'll check in at some point. I hope you two are able to work this out in the interim.

Another user has uploaded this image to replace it twice. Which image should we use? I'd personally prefer the first, since it illustrates the in-game concept and not the artwork - we had artwork used on the page before and people didn't like it.

Guardian Soul Talk. — Don't I even warrant a hello? It's such a shame. The Organization used to be the rope that bound us together. - {{{time}}} I personally think that the artwork looks better, it seems more clear and official, but if it must be in-game we should at least add the artwork to the pages as well, either somewhere along the article or in a gallery at the bottom. Oh and, btw, speaking of Xemnas. I got my friend to go through the official KH2 strategy guide, and apparently the fight with the big dragon ship was never named the "Dragoon Ship," they just called it "Xemnas (Dragon)." If Dragoon Ship isn't official, should we really give it that title? It may have actually been called that at the start screen though, I should go check and see. EDIT: Alright, I checked, and the start screen doesn't call it "Dragoon Ship" either, so I don't know where this name was taken from.

It is a wiki, things can change. ^_^ I myself confess a love for the artwork, but I also see where it's more consistent and easier to connect when something appears as it does in the game. Honestly, I have no clue where Dragoon Ship came from...Ultimania, maybe? Anyone want to enlighten us? Incidentally, the official guide calls the Armored Xemnas battle "Xemnas on the throne". Oh, the jokes we could make... ^_^

As for the artwork, the page now has a gallery on the bottom that displays both pieces of artwork we have.
