This move is less effective against bosses since the time lock doesn't work against them.  The person using Time Splicer can still teleport and hit the boss although not in time lock but keep in mind, the boss can still move and hit you in mid-session of your combo.

Time Splicer is an Attack Command in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep that is usable by Ventus and Aqua. It locks everything within a radius of you in a time freeze and you teleport from enemy to enemy hitting them multiple times by pressing Triangle. At the end of the combo, all the enemies hit will take the damage given during the time lock.

This move is less effective against bosses since the time lock doesn't work against them. The person using Time Splicer can still teleport and hit the boss although not in time lock but keep in mind, the boss can still move and hit you in mid-session of your combo.

Interestingly, it resembles the Lethal Frame sleight from Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories, except that it targets multiple enemies.
