This template needs to be reformed to appear like the warning templates. Here is my suggestion:

I have only one suggestion. Instead of: "This Sea-Salt Ice Cream has been awarded by {{{1}}}" It should be: "This Sea-Salt Ice Cream has been awarded to {{{1}}}" because you sign the giver's user name at the bottom anyway. It also reflects my original designs more.
