The description is followed with the journal's record, and as to obtain the UW, you have to finish reverse rebirth, re-load Sora's game, and find it in the Moogle Shop(random) or Random key to rewards in Castle Oblivion--N/A

Synthesis ?

It's possible to get Save The Queen+ and Save The King+, but is ever possible to get a + version of Ultima Weapon ? From both the synthesis lists I've seen in KHII and KHIIFM, there's an extra slot below Ultima Weapon, implying that there is an enhanced version of it. Has anyone done this before ?
