Wouldn't it be better to have a "List of Kingdom Hearts terms" that covers terms like this and "RTC"? TheFifteenthMember 19:36, 5 June 2014 (UTC)

I don't know why this was never responded to or if the issue has been covered elsewhere, but I'd like to vote "yes" to this. - Challenge Sigil KHD.pngEternal Nothingness XIIIChallenge Sigil KHD.png 12:37, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
I don't mind the idea. Maybe a forum would be better, since it would be more appropriate for deciding what terms we could list in addition to those 2. Chitalian8 13:42, 31 August 2015 (UTC)
Yep. RTC has its own page, I think, and it's so out of place.--NinjaSheik 21:54, 31 August 2015 (UTC)

It could list stuff like "Heart", "Body", "Mind", "Keyblade", "Bequeathing". Even though they have their own pages, the list can still include them with a link. Some games have glossaries for different terms (KH3D definitely) so we could try using that as a guide maybe? TheFifteenthMember 22:56, 31 August 2015 (UTC)

I would prefer if the article acted as a compilation page, rather than a hub for links to individual articles. The point of creating this "List of terms in Kingdom Hearts" page would be to trim down the number of un-fixable stubs on the Wiki, I thought… - Challenge Sigil KHD.pngEternal Nothingness XIIIChallenge Sigil KHD.png 01:43, 1 September 2015 (UTC)
With Keyblade and Bequeathing, I think it should stay as its own page and be included on the list, as FifteenthMember suggested. Most terms' articles are quite small, so listing them under a glossary of terms would be more convenient.--NinjaSheik 03:39, 1 September 2015 (UTC)
I'm just going to say that I'm of the opinion that certain things like "Bequeathing," which have enough information to fill their own articles, do not need to appear on the list. Rather, the page should host only terms that only have a sentence of information to provide. We can then delete or redirect the terms' articles. One can only say so much about "RTC." The more generic we get, the more problems we'll have. For instance, why would "Keyblade" be allowed, but not "Claymore" or "Scythe?" Pretty much every insignificant term in the series would have to appear on this page. I say that because it's the significant ones that get articles. - Challenge Sigil KHD.pngEternal Nothingness XIIIChallenge Sigil KHD.png 03:43, 1 September 2015 (UTC)
I agree with ENX. Only terms that cannot have their own pages should be mentioned here. TheSilentHero 06:47, 1 September 2015 (UTC)

But if we're having a "list of Kingdom Hearts terms "page, it needs to be comprehensive and if we omit key terms that already have pages, there will be huge gaps. It's usually not a good idea to get rid of stubs by splicing them all onto an article; we should consider the function of the new article and that's listing every significant KH term relevant to the plot. "Scythe" is not relevant to the story, while the Keyblade is a major plot device in every game. Admittedly, the selection of each term is an arbitrary process, but isn't that what happens on the Symbols list too? We haven't mentioned every minor icon. Should we not move this to a forum? - Challenge Sigil KHD.pngEternal Nothingness XIIIChallenge Sigil KHD.png 11:00, 1 September 2015 (UTC)
Sure. TheFifteenthMember 13:37, 1 September 2015 (UTC)
The thing is: while terms like "Keyblade" are important to the series, when people are looking for Keyblade (either by searching or by link), they'll go to the Keyblade page and not to the "list of Kingdom Hearts terms" page. So, basically, I see no point in listing terms that do not get linked to anyway. (Except maybe in a See also section). TheSilentHero 16:50, 1 September 2015 (UTC)
I don't see why that really matters. If someone is looking for the Keyblade and go to the Keyblade page, good on them. But "Keyblade" is a KH term and thus should be mentioned on the List of KH terms. There's really no harm in having an extra link with a quick definition. It doesn't have to go into detail; the actual article serves that job. But as far as the list goes, "Keyblade" definitely deserves a mention. TheFifteenthMember 21:43, 1 September 2015 (UTC)
