Magic Lock-On is an ability in Kingdom Hearts II that causes Sora to Lock-On to an opponent when using magic. Thus, the spell that is casted will always aim for the closest opponent without Sora needing to lock-on.
The level Sora learns Magic Lock-On will always be level 12.
