Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix is a remake of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep for the Sony PSP. It is scheduled for release in winter, 2010. While general plot and gameplay will be the same, the game will host the features that were exclusive to the North American and European versions of the game. Like all "Final Mix" remakes in the series, it will combine English voiceovers with Japanese text and basic controls.
Announcement
While the release of a Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix was anticipated for some time by many fans of the series and made inevitable with the new features added to the English version of the game, it was not officially confirmed for release until September 15, 2010, about a week after the English and European releases of the original Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. The original announcement first came from a scan found in the Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine.
