The vote was closed on the 23rd. AND The Cleanup of the Month is still January's. I don't know if or where there is a discussion regarding Cleanup of the Month. Are we going to move before we update these?

AS IF! The world is garbage! CRUNCH! Yeah, they should update the mainpage about that, just so new users don't get any ideas. And odds are, the admins thought the Cleanup of the Month articles still needed tons of work, so they didn't bother changing it.
