I'm trying to verify how to obtain all 105 slot releasers in KHD. I almost have it EXCEPT! there is one too many by my count, which means I messed something up.

So, I need help verifying these methods.

Mission Rewards

Slot Releasers are awarded after completing missions for the first time, starting with Mission 14. Forever, the last three missions do not award slot releasers (unverified). This brings the number of slot releasers from mission rewards to 77, bringing the total to 106. Either there are for missions that don't award them, or one of the other numbers Is wrong instead.
