Ugh, let's try this again. I have a theory that may prove Luxord to be a member. Before fighting Sora, Xemnas says that some were not worthy of the Organization and never accomplished their goal, which was Kingdom Hearts. Technically, Kingdom Hearts was complete when Sora entered TWTNW, and it could be part of YX saying that Roxas was a worthy candidate, as he was alive during TWTNW events, until he reunited with Sora. Luxord, along with Saix, Xemnas, and Xigbar, who are in fact members of this new organization, was one of the last to go. Plus, we don't know of his whereabouts, but that's the same for Marluxia, Larxene, etc. As for chances, not very good, as this theory is merely speculation.
