The Device(s)

What was the purpose of the Device that Roxas took to Agrabah and the other two that were set up in Wonderland and Halloween Town? And why those locations?

The purpose was to give Xion power to destroy Roxas and become Org. 13's main keyblade weilder. They were placed there because both Roxas and Sora have been to those places and hold memories.

It doesn't. It does, however, look like the Pumpkinhead and Oblivion Keyblades.
